As an Account Management Associate at Atlys, you will play a crucial role in managing existing travel agent accounts, maximizing revenue, and fostering long-term relationships to ensure a seamless experience. This position requires individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who can set their own targets, exhibit high emotional intelligence, demonstrate perseverance, and effectively multitask in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include supporting and nurturing relationships with travel agents, assisting in driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities, delivering exceptional service to address agent needs, collaborating with internal teams for operational excellence, analyzing performance data to enhance business processes, proposing new initiatives for improved agent satisfaction and operational efficiency, and developing a comprehensive understanding of Atlys products to provide demonstrations and solutions for product-related queries. The ideal candidate for this role would have 0-1 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management (experience in the travel industry is a bonus), possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate the ability to build and maintain client relationships, exhibit high emotional intelligence and a proactive attitude, and be familiar with CRMs and Google Sheets (preferred but not required).
