Account Intern

As an Accounts Intern at Kanishka Software Private Limited, your role would involve assisting in maintaining daily accounting records and data entry in accounting software such as Tally, ERP, or Excel. You will support in preparing invoices, bills, and vouchers, as well as assist in the reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers. Additionally, you will help in preparing financial reports and documentation for audits, ensuring proper filing and documentation of financial data. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities, and coordinating with internal teams for the collection of accounting data. Furthermore, you may be required to perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounts/Finance Manager. Qualifications required for this role include pursuing a B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or related qualification. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting is essential, along with familiarity with MS Excel, Tally, or ERP systems, which would be an advantage. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy, good communication and organizational skills, as well as eagerness to learn and adapt to a professional work environment are also desirable traits in a candidate for this position.
