About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Account Executive to join our administrative team and support the financial operations of the school. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting within a structured environment and be comfortable handling day-to-day financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily accounting tasks, including fee collection, receipts, and invoicing.

· Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Prepare ledgers, financial reports, and account rePreferred Skills:

· Prior experience in an educational institution.

· Familiarity with school fee management systems or ERP software.

· Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring school finances.

· Handle petty cash transactions and maintain expense records.

· Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for timely payments.

· Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation.

· Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of financial data.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education or service sector.

· Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting fundamentals.

· Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliances.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
