Job Description: Account Executive

Position: Account Executive
Department: Accounts & Finance

Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting activities including vouchers, entries, and ledgers
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and assist in GST reconciliation
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
Maintain proper documentation of financial records
Support senior accountants and finance managers in reporting and analysis

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar)
Proficiency in MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Income Tax and TDS returns
Experience in manufacturing or service industry accounting
Basic understanding of compliance and audit processes

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Accuracy of accounting entries
Timely filing of statutory returns
Smooth month-end closing
Audit compliance and documentation quality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
