Job Description

About the Role:

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain and supervise general ledger accounts, journal entries, and trial balances.
Record and verify accounting entries in line with applicable accounting standards.
Manage
accounts payable
,
accounts receivable
, and
bank reconciliations
.
Ensure timely posting and verification of
expense vouchers
,
invoices
, and supporting documents.

Financial Reporting

Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
(Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
Assist in preparing
management reports
and
MIS dashboards
for internal decision-making.
Support
budgeting
,
forecasting
, and
variance analysis
processes.

Taxation & Compliance

Ensure timely and accurate filing of
GST
,
TDS
, and other statutory returns.
Assist in
income tax computations
, documentation, and
audit coordination
.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance.

Audit & Internal Controls

Maintain strong
internal controls
and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
Coordinate and support
statutory
,
tax
, and
internal audits
with required documentation.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in financial systems and controls.

Payroll & Banking

Review
monthly payroll calculations
, ensuring compliance with
PF, ESIC, and PT
deductions.
Manage
cash flow
and
fund flow
requirements.
Liaise with banks for payments, reconciliations, and transaction management.
