Account Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for our fastener manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will handle vendor payments, inventory accounting, GST compliance, and support management in cost control and project-related finance.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*1. Accounting & Bookkeeping*

* Maintain *day-to-day accounting entries* in Tally (or ERP system)

* Record *sales, purchases, credit notes, and journal vouchers*

* Manage *accounts receivable and payable*

* Conduct *bank reconciliations* and *cash flow monitoring*

*2. Taxation & Compliance*

* Prepare and file *GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B)*

* Ensure *TDS deductions and filings* are accurate and timely

* Coordinate with auditors for *monthly and annual audits*

*3. Inventory & Costing*

* Track *raw material, WIP, and finished goods stock*

* Assist in analyzing *production cost and consumption trends*

*4. Vendor & Customer Coordination*

* Handle *vendor payment follow-ups* and maintain supplier ledgers

* Prepare *customer-wise statements* and coordinate for collections

* Support management in maintaining good vendor relationships

*Qualifications:*

* *B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA / MBA (Finance)*

* Minimum *2–5 years of experience* in accounting, preferably in manufacturing

* Proficient in *Tally ERP / Excel / MS Office*

* Working knowledge of *GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances*

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
