Job Description


  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned clients by understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges, and acting as the primary point of contact to ensure consistent communication, trust, and long-term account retention.

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of products or services, prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales support, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless onboarding, timely delivery, accurate billing, and high-quality service aligned with client expectations.

  • Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports and forecasts, track key metrics, and provide insights to management while proactively resolving issues, handling escalations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
