Job Description

Manage and grow relationships with assigned clients by understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges, and acting as the primary point of contact to ensure consistent communication, trust, and long-term account retention.

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of products or services, prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Coordinate with internal teams such as sales support, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless onboarding, timely delivery, accurate billing, and high-quality service aligned with client expectations.

Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports and forecasts, track key metrics, and provide insights to management while proactively resolving issues, handling escalations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
