ACCOUNTING & FINANCE
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledgers, bank reconciliations, payments, receivables, and payables.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of MIS reports and financial data.
Coordinate with external CA for preparation and finalisation of annual financial statements, audits, and tax filings.
COMPLIANCE & STATUTORY MATTERS
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, and other statutory compliance.
Liaise with government officials such as GST officers, factory inspectors, etc. for compliance queries, audits, or inspections.
Ensure timely submission of all statutory returns and compliance reports.
Handle ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliance, filing of returns, and documentation as per Companies Act.
Ensure renewal of company licences and registrations (such as NSIC, factory licence, professional tax, etc.) within deadlines.
COORDINATION & ADMINISTRATION
Work closely with CA, consultants, and auditors for statutory compliance and legal matters.
Prepare and maintain records required for audits, inspections, and certifications.
Handle personnel department activities including employee attendance, payroll coordination, PF/ESIC compliance, and HR documentation.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF/ESIC, ROC filings, and licence renewals.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Ability to independently handle accounts and liaise with government departments.
Strong problem-solving skills
