Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally, invoicing, logistics coordination, and inventory/accounting support. The role involves managing customer and vendor transactions, stock and dispatch documentation, and supporting day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and manage customer orders, sales invoices, proforma invoices, and inward entries in Tally.
• Follow up with customers for proforma invoice payments and pending orders.
• Handle material inward against Purchase Orders and consumables from service engineers.
• Coordinate dispatch activities, including transporter/courier communication and sharing docket details with customers.
• Prepare E-Way Bills, DC/RDC, and maintain DC registers with tracking and closure.
• Perform physical stock verification and reconcile with Tally records.
• Manage invoice hard copies, supplier portal invoice updates, and freight coordination.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for quotes, shipment documentation, and shipment updates.
• Arrange transportation for goods movement.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register.
• Support basic office administration activities (travel bookings, housekeeping purchases, stationery, printing).
• Provide basic IT support coordination and ensure office system backups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Operations
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting concepts
• Knowledge of GST, invoicing, E-Way Bills, and inventory processes
• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
