Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities in our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing statutory compliance, assisting in audits, and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Journal, Payment, Receipt, etc.) in Tally or ERP system
• Maintain records of all financial transactions
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely payments and collections
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
• Prepare GST returns, TDS filing, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books
• Maintain stock accounting and coordinate with inventory teams
• Support in internal and statutory audits
• Coordinate with CA firm and tax consultants for filings and compliance
• Generate and analyze financial reports as required by management

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing company
• Proficient in Tally ERP / SAP / any accounting software
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of cost accounting and inventory valuation

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in handling factory accounts and raw material costing
• Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Familiar with E-way bills, E-invoicing, and compliance portals
• Important key skills for accounts

• Tally / ERP software ka knowledge (Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
