Account Executive (SaaS Sales)

We’re growing fast and looking for Account Executives who are ready to jump in and make things happen. If you are someone who’s energetic, curious, and genuinely enjoys the thrill of the chase. Talking to customers, finding creative solutions, and going the extra mile to close a deal excites you, you’ll fit right in.

You will:

• Find and win new business opportunities
• Build relationships with prospects and customers
• Understand client needs and offer smart solutions
• Hit (and hopefully crush) your sales targets
• Become an expert on Outplay’s platform and the sales tech space
• Work closely with the team to keep improving how we sell

You need:

• 4+ years as a B2B software Account Executive (6+ years overall sales experience preferred)
• Experience selling to VP or Director-level sales leaders
• A proven track record of closing deals and beating quotas
• Comfortable using sales tools and platforms (LinkedIn activity is a plus)
• Familiarity with sales strategies like SPIN/Gap selling, Fanatical Prospecting, etc.
• Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
