Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily accounting operations
  • Process and verify invoices for payment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements
  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting
  • Support the auditing process by providing necessary documentation
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial accuracy

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an accounts assistant or similar role
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
