Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in accounting functions and a strong understanding of core financial processes
Working knowledge of SAP B1 HANA is a significant advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Raise Monthly Invoices to customers
Monthly follow-up with customers for outstanding Payments
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal and statutory requirements
Process invoices, payments, and manage vendor/customer queries
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other statutory dues
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system enhancements

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Commerce (BCom) or CA (Inter / PCC) 3 to 7 years of relevant accounting experience
Working knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1) on HANA is a strong plus
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Good understanding of accounting principles and standards
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Skills: Exposure to GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Experience working in a manufacturing or trading company setup is desirable
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
