Account Executive

Profile Overview:

An organized and detail-oriented Accounts professional with expertise in collection follow-ups, sales finalization, and GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings (including Exhicon EMS Ltd). Skilled in TDS filing, audit documentation, and handling email follow-ups. Possesses a strong understanding of accounting processes and a commitment to accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collection Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding payments.

• Sales invoicing, Finalization & GSTR-1 Filing/Working: Assist in sales invoicing, finalization and preparation of GSTR-1 returns.

• GSTR-3B Filing/Working: Manage GSTR-3B filings and related tasks.

• TDS Filing: Prepare and file TDS returns.

• Audit Documentation: Support in audit-related documentation and preparation.

• Email Follow-ups: Handle email communication for follow-ups and coordination.

• Experience in Tally: Proficiency in using Tally for accounting functions.

Qualification: B. Com or any Graduate in Accounting Field.

Designation & Remuneration: Will be allotted based on the candidate’s experience and previous designation.

Job Location: Noida/Delhi

Office Timing: Monday - Saturday 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (All Sundays holiday)

Salary budget - 15,000/- to 25,000/- per month
