Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 3+ years of experience to oversee the company’s financial operations and ensure accurate accounting practices. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end accounts management, statutory compliance, payroll, and financial reporting for our IT organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Supervise and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Handle vendor management, invoicing, payments, and receivables.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
• Ensure accurate and timely compliance with TDS, GST, PF, PT, and ESIC regulations.
• Manage payroll processing, including statutory deductions and contributions (PF, PT, ESIC).
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy in billing and collection.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth statutory and internal audits.
• Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and cost control.
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial and statutory records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the IT / Software / Service industry.
• Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with GST filing, TDS returns, PF, PT, and ESIC compliance.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,787.60 - ₹32,298.15 per month
