Job Description

You will be a part of the Accounts department at IDC Global Pvt Ltd, reporting to the Finance & Accounts Manager. Your role will involve preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits. Additionally, you will verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly statements. It is important to have a good understanding of expense accounts and cost centers. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits - Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly statements - Understand expense accounts and cost centers Qualifications Required: - Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records - Strong data entry skills and proficiency in numbers - Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software - Proficiency in English and MS Office - Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy - BCom/MCom or a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred - Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role About the Company: IDC Global Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Bangalore, India, was established in 2016.
