Account Executive ( Fresher )

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive (Fresher) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles and a strong interest in pursuing a career in accounting. This role involves assisting in maintaining accurate financial records, bookkeeping, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support in accounts payable and receivable processing.
• Help with bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and petty cash management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support audits as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards.
• Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, or other accounting software is a plus.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,367.08 - ₹12,000.00 per month
