About the role:

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and assisting with the preparation of financial statements. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of all accounting transactions while supporting the finance team in audits and budgeting processes.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and reconcile accounts.
• Process invoices, bills, receipts, and petty cash.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on payments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS) and support audits.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1–3 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar software.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication.

Preferred:

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Knowledge of Tally, TDS, GST, Excel or Google Sheets and Accounting Concepts.
