We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST, and Income Tax. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
· Ensure accurate and timely entries of all petty cash transactions.
· Create purchase indents in Tally for stock items and new ledger creation.
· Verify and input data for stock items and ledger creation in Tally.
· Prepare and process purchase orders for both domestic and import transactions.
· Enter and manage purchase invoices and administrative expenses in Tally.
· Categorize and record all admin and expense-related invoices accurately.
· Maintain and update travel-related data for management records.
· Record all income related to canteen and other facilities.
· Verify GSTR-2B data and ensure timely collection of all pending invoices.
· Maintain proper records of all invoices for easy retrieval during audits or reviews.
· Handle and record all debit notes related to purchases.
· Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.
· Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic accounting tools.
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE PREFERRED.
