Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day financial transactions, accounting records, and compliance activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
• Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries and ledgers
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain records for expenses, bills, and vouchers
• Assist in GST compliance including returns, filings, and reconciliations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
