Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, handling sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include reaching out to new clients, maintaining sales records, and providing feedback to the management for process improvement.

Qualifications

Client relationship management and customer service skills
Sales operations and account management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
