Accounts Executive

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, and returns in Zoho Books/ Zoho Modules.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collection and payments.
• Coordinate closely with the

  sales and inventory team

  to match invoices with dispatches.
• Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash accounting.
• Prepare monthly GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and filings.
• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Handle credit notes, debit notes, and stock adjustments.
• Support internal and statutory audits with relevant documentation.
• Assist the broker with import documentation processes and related formalities

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com).
• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the

  watch, retail, or FMCG sector

• Proficiency in

  Zoho

  , MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Knowledge of

  inventory-linked accounting

  , tax compliance (GST, TDS), and E-invoicing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with invoicing tools and reconciliation processes.

• Working Days - Monday - Saturday
• Timings - 9:30AM - 6:30 PM
• Travel Support - Company Covers direct rickshaw fare between station and office (both ways)
