Job Description

Location - Mumbai Suburbs

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Processing invoices, managing payments, and tracking outstanding debts.
Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts to ensure accuracy.
Payroll Processing: Assisting with payroll preparation, including verifying employee hours and deductions.
Financial Reporting: Helping prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
Data Entry: Accurately entering financial data into accounting systems.
General Administrative Tasks: Handling mail, answering phones, and performing other administrative duties as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in using accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
