Account Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of services or products to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Generate invoices and follow up on payments from clients.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and act as a point of contact.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align client requirements and service delivery.
• Prepare MIS reports, reconciliation statements, and support audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Resolve client issues and queries promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or client servicing role (freshers can also apply if skilled).
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in client-facing roles or sales support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic financial compliance.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (or local language).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
