Job Description

Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Visit potential and existing customers to present products/services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts.
Maintain strong after-sales service and customer relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, support) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or a similar role (1–3 years preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
