Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, billing, and bank transactions. Record journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts. Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company balances. Prepare financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable activities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Support external and internal audits with necessary documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files. Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Strong Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office tools. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
