Job Description

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents.
Input financial data into accounting software and maintain accurate, organized records.
Reconcile bank statements and financial documents to ensure accuracy.
Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
Help verify timesheets and assist in payroll processing.
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and finance-related initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate effectively with team members and provide updates on assigned tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications:

A completed degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Familiarity with accounting software is a plus (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
