As an Account Director at Nallas, your role will involve leading client engagement and growth strategy in the IT Consulting and Services sector. You will be responsible for deepening client relationships, driving business development, and bringing innovation to B2B engagements. Your strategic leadership skills will be crucial in scaling key accounts and delivering exceptional value to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering new, innovative services and solutions. - Build strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. - Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. - Develop and execute account growth strategies with clear milestones and KPIs. - Present compelling value propositions and lead new client acquisition efforts. - Revitalize underperforming accounts and lead partnership development initiatives. - Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and executive teams to align on client engagement and thought leadership. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new service opportunities. - Organize client workshops and QBRs to reinforce trust and partnership value. Qualification Required: - 10+ years in business development, account management, or senior sales roles in the IT services/consulting space. - Experience managing large accounts ($10M+) or overseeing multiple concurrent projects (5+) for a single client. - Strong exposure to US-based clients preferred. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills. - Proven leadership in scaling accounts and delivering consistent business outcomes.
