Role Overview: You are sought after to fill the position of Account Director at Nallas, a role that requires a senior-level professional with a robust IT Consulting and Services background to spearhead client engagement and growth strategy. Your primary responsibilities will involve nurturing client relations, steering business development, and introducing innovation into B2B dealings. As the ideal candidate, you should be a strategic leader adept at expanding key accounts and providing exceptional value to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Client Relationship Management - Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by introducing novel services and solutions. - Establish strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. - Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. - Business Development & Growth - Develop and implement account growth strategies with defined milestones and KPIs. - Present compelling value propositions and spearhead new client acquisition endeavors. - Revamp underperforming accounts and lead partnership development initiatives. - Strategic Innovation - Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and executive teams to ensure alignment on client engagement and thought leadership. - Conduct market research to pinpoint industry trends and new service prospects. - Organize client workshops and QBRs to reinforce trust and partnership value. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of experience in business development, account management, or senior sales roles within the IT services/consulting sector. - Proven track record of managing large accounts ($10M+) or handling multiple concurrent projects (5+) for a single client. - Strong exposure to US-based clients is preferred. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills. - Demonstrated leadership in scaling accounts and consistently delivering positive business outcomes.
