Job Description

As an Account Director at Havas Creative Network India, you will be responsible for leading and managing high-value client accounts in Bangalore. Your role will involve driving strategic growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, inspiring teams, and exceeding client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring long-term partnerships. Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable plans. Address client needs, concerns, and feedback proactively. - Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategies for account growth and client retention. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services. Manage account budgets to ensure profitability and resource efficiency. - Campaign Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of campaigns that align with client goals. Monitor project timelines, quality, and deliverables, collaborating with internal teams. Provide actionable insights through data-driven reports on campaign performance. - Team Player: Mentor account managers and executives to foster a collaborative and high-performing work culture. - Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities. Offer strategic recommendations to clients based on market insights. - Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients. Participate in pitching new ideas and presenting proposals to potential clients while staying attuned to industry trends and market opportunities. - Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present account performance reports, quarterly reviews, and proposals. Maintain clear and transparent communication between clients and internal teams.
