Account Billing Specialist

As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for various financial tasks in the logistics or supply chain industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing customer billing processes efficiently. - Applying a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Utilizing accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, SAP, etc., effectively. - Ensuring compliance with U.S. tax laws and financial regulations. - Demonstrating exceptional organizational and time management skills. - Collaborating with team members and working independently when required. - Communicating effectively through written and verbal channels. - Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. - Handling confidential and sensitive information with integrity. - Approaching challenges proactively with a solution-oriented mindset.
