Account Assistant

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant who is well-versed in Tally and has strong knowledge of GST, accounting principles, and day-to-day bookkeeping activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling accounting operations independently under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Prepare and verify purchase and expense vouchers.
• Handle GST entries, reconciliations, and return preparation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
• Assist in bank reconciliation statements and ledger scrutiny.
• Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
• Support audit processes and provide documentation as required.
• Coordinate with the external accountant/auditor for statutory compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of GST accounting and compliance.
• Basic understanding of TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings.
• Adequate knowledge in MS Excel and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
