Job Description

Position : Account assistant Location : Surat Experience : 2 to 4 year in accounting call and send your resume to 9879077093. Roles and Responsibility : Maintain accurate accounting records, both physical and digital, by managing general ledgers, recording financial transactions, and organizing financial files.  Process invoices, expense forms, and payments; issue invoices to customers; and track accounts payable and receivable.  verify and process bank deposits, reconcile bank statements, and identify and resolve discrepancies.  Process weekly payroll, verify employee hours and benefits deductions, and review payroll documents for accuracy.  Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and budgets by compiling data and providing summaries of financial activity.  Enter financial information and key data into accounting software and databases, ensuring the accuracy of all entries.
