What You’ll Do

• Design, lead, and deliver

  visually compelling content across print, digital, video, and in-office branding touchpoints.
• Develop

  creative campaigns and brand assets

  — from event collaterals, social posts, and videos to newsletters, presentations, and web graphics — all aligned to Accordion’s brand identity.

• Own end-to-end project delivery:

  interpret briefs, conceptualize ideas, and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to execute high-quality, on-brand work.
• Drive

  creative direction

  for internal and external campaigns, ensuring visual consistency and storytelling excellence across every medium.

• Champion design processes and standards,

  improving workflow efficiency, quality, and innovation across the team.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering creativity, ownership, and design excellence.

Ideally, You Should Have

• 6–8 years of experience

  in graphic design, visual communication, or a similar creative role.
• Proven ability to

  translate strategy into design

  — crafting integrated visual narratives that inspire and inform.

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); strong working knowledge of

  Figma

  ,

  Canva

  , or similar design platforms.

• Proficiency in motion and video design

  (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent) with the ability to create short-form video content and animations.

• Hands-on experience with AI design tools

  (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, DALL•E, Runway, or similar) to accelerate creative ideation and production.
• Deep understanding of

  typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

• Strong sense of

  brand identity

  and the discipline to maintain it across diverse formats.

• Leadership and collaboration skills

  — comfortable managing multiple projects, mentoring designers, and gathering input from cross-functional teams.
• A

  strategic, detail-oriented, and experimental mindset
