Access Management Analyst

Role Overview: As an Analyst at UST located in Bangalore, Bengaluru, your primary responsibility will be to manage access for employees, contractors, and consultants through the ticketing system. This involves creating, updating, and revoking access as necessary while ensuring that access is approved and assigned correctly. You will be responsible for communicating status updates to partners/vendors, providing reports and audit evidence, and adhering to SLAs, security policies, and procedures. Additionally, you will maintain documentation and lists of approvers, troubleshoot access issues, and support users. Your role will also involve developing tools and scripts to automate tasks and enhance processes.
