Job Description

You will be responsible for serving as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all IT, system, and SharePoint access-related tasks for SSC/Genpact and 3rd party contractors. Your main duties will include managing contractor onboarding, access control, and maintaining critical databases to ensure smooth access for Tenneco employees and contractors. Your key responsibilities will involve ensuring that new contractors are set up with appropriate IT access and necessary resources for all business units. You will be required to submit and track key access requests, maintain an up-to-date database of contractors, perform monthly checks to ensure active status, process offboarding requests when needed, and assist with access needs based on roles and business requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the database of systems and IT SOPs, assisting in role transitions, conducting annual user reviews, and ensuring compliance with IT security protocols. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of IT access management systems, proven experience in contractor management or IT support roles, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in database management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with contractor management tools and IT systems, knowledge of IT security protocols, and familiarity with Tenneco's systems, processes, and business units. This position will be based in India and will require you to support teams globally across different locations to assist approximately 600-700 employees.,
