Role & responsibilities

• Overall 8-12 years of experience with experience in UK/US Death Claims
• Lead a team of business administration senior analysts/ analysts in providing high-quality transfers out services to clients
• Excess knowledge of processing UK Pension Transfers Out tasks- managing pension, investment, or wealth fund transfer involves moving funds or benefits from one scheme or provider to another or converting assets into cash that is paid.
• Process and support consolidating savings, switching providers, or liquidating holdings according to participant instructions.
• Coaching and mentoring others to draw out their skills and expertise
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Strict adherence to non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality.
• Comply with all client policies, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations and escalate issues to the management.
