Academy Growth Manager

As a Sports Academy Growth Manager at PlayAll Sports, you will be responsible for driving the growth of various sports academies operating at our venues. Your role will involve revenue monitoring, partnership building, and executing local growth initiatives to ensure the success of each academy. Your key responsibilities will include working closely with existing partner academies to enhance their monthly revenues through operational and marketing support. You will be required to track and review monthly academy collections, identify underperforming academies, and implement focused interventions to drive revenue growth. In addition, you will be responsible for planning and executing seasonal campaigns such as summer/winter camps, free demo classes, and tournaments to attract more students and increase brand visibility for partner academies. You will also play a crucial role in identifying underutilized slots across venues and onboarding reputed coaches, trainers, and sports academies for collaboration. As the primary point of contact between PlayAll and academy partners, you will be expected to maintain smooth communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure continuous engagement to foster strong relationships. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in sales, operations, sports management, or partnerships. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a passion for sports and a good understanding of sports coaching ecosystems. A self-starter attitude and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for basic reporting are also required.
