Our academy features fully air-conditioned modern training facilities, compact classrooms equipped with audio and visual aids, and a well-equipped library with essential knowledge resources on both Indian and international engineering codes. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academy Counsellor, located in Vishakhapatnam. The Academy Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and advising students on course selection, career paths, and admission procedures. The role includes conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting with student application processes, maintaining student records, and providing support to students throughout their academic journey. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in academic counseling and student support services Knowledgeable in the fields of Air-conditioning, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Electrical Services Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Familiarity with educational software and student management systems Ability to work independently and collaborate with faculty and students Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Engineering, or related field Prior experience in an educational or training institution is a plus Show more Show less
