Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Academic Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver classroom training for

   Early Childhood Education programs

   , including:
2. Understanding Child Development
3. Methods of Education
4. School Administration
5. Nutrition
6. Conduct sessions for

   Communicative English and Computer Fundamentals (MS Office)

   , focusing on practical usage and communication skills.
7. Prepare lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and program objectives.
8. Ensure interactive, learner-centric teaching methodologies.
9. Assess student progress through assignments, activities, and evaluations.
10. Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
11. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth program delivery.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Background in

  Early Childhood Education / Montessori / Kindergarten Training

  and/or

  English Communication & Computer Basics

  .
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify concepts and engage adult learners.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
