Globsyn Business School is inviting applications for the position of Research Associate, a key role contributing to academic research, institutional documentation, accreditation readiness, programme support, and overall academic governance.

We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, research-driven, and passionate about academic excellence.

Key Skills Required

• Strong academic research capability
• Excellent report writing & documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Understanding of higher-education academic processes
• Ability to prepare course materials, briefs, and structured academic content
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage academic projects, timelines & deliverables
• Familiarity with Outcome-Based Education (OBE), NEP, and B-School academic frameworks
• Capacity to work closely with faculty, academic leadership, and multiple departments

• Candidates experienced in curriculum documentation, compliance, academic governance, or institutional reporting
