Role Overview

The Academic Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing academic delivery processes at MSM Unify partner institutions. The role involves course scheduling, faculty support, management of learning platforms, and ensuring smooth academic services for students while maintaining compliance with institutional policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage academic scheduling, faculty allocation, and resource requirements.
  
• Oversee academic delivery through Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital platforms.
  
• Ensure smooth coordination of student academic services and resolve academic-related queries.
  
• Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to maintain high-quality academic delivery.
  
• Support accreditation processes and ensure accurate academic documentation.
  
• Monitor academic operations and prepare reports for internal and institutional stakeholders.
  
• Coordinate effectively across time zones and manage remote academic teams.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

• Experience:

  510 years in academic operations, administration, or program coordination.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of academic program management in engineering and technology streams.
  
• Hands-on experience with online education delivery and LMS platforms.
  
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  
• Proven ability to manage faculty, students, and administrative staff effectively.
  
• Adaptability to digital-first operations and remote team management.
