Academic Operations Manager

Responsible for handling university licensing, team management, HR, admin, accounts, and branch coordination for the college department.

Key Responsibilities:

• University Licensing: Handle all documentation and processes related to university affiliations and licensing.
• Team Management: Supervise and guide the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• HR Work: Manage attendance, staff records, and basic HR functions.
• Administrative Work: Oversee administrative tasks such as student records, documentation, and office coordination.
• Accounting Work: Maintain basic financial records, handle tuition fee collection, and coordinate with the accounts department.
• Branch Coordination: Act as a link between branches and the main office to ensure smooth communication and operations.

Experience & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce, Management, or Education preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years in administration, accounts, or educational institute operations
• Skills Required:
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of HR and admin processes
• Experience with accounting or fee collection systems
• Ability to manage a small team effectively
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Understanding of university affiliation/licensing processes is a plus
• Other Requirements:
• Should be organized and responsible
• Able to handle multitasking and work under deadlines
• Comfortable with inter-branch communication and reporting
