Key Responsibilities

• Handle batch planning, scheduling, and faculty allocation efficiently.
• Maintain and update academic schedules, communicate changes, and resolve

scheduling conflicts.

• Support the academic team by managing queries, updates, reports, and ensuring

timely communication.

• Ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance in online systems and

databases.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless academic experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in academic operations or administrative

roles.

• Strong IT proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,

PowerPoint).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Desirable Skills

• Advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data handling).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment
