About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Academic Operations Executive to manage and coordinate all academic activities of our Elevate Program, including syllabus finalization, study material development, trainer onboarding, and smooth execution of online/offline classes.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between content writers, trainers, and management, ensuring timely delivery and quality of learning content.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with content writers and subject experts to prepare and finalize syllabus, TOC, and study materials.

* Identify and onboard qualified instructors/trainers for various subjects.

* Handle agreement preparation, signing, and documentation for trainers and freelance instructors.

* Conduct price negotiations and payment discussions with instructors.

* Coordinate with trainers for class scheduling, delivery, and attendance tracking.

* Ensure smooth communication between trainers, design/content teams, and management.

* Monitor class quality, feedback, and trainer performance for continuous improvement.

* Support in creating academic reports, timetables, and course updates.

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in any discipline.

* 4–10 years of experience in academic coordination / operations / training management.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Basic knowledge of Technical courses is a must

* Experience handling faculty contracts and training schedules
