Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Academic Operations & Marketing Executive to handle daily operations, class coordination, and communication between students, tutors, and parents. The role also involves contributing to sales and marketing efforts and suggesting improvements to enhance quality and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily classes, demo sessions, and new student enrollments.
• Register new students and tutors on the Classplus platform and maintain updated records.
• Communicate with parents regarding classes, demos, feedback, and payments.
• Make follow-up and inquiry calls to convert demo students into regular enrollments.
• Track tutor performance and ensure timely completion of reports and syllabus coverage.
• Manage communication through email, CRM, and WhatsApp groups.
• Support marketing and social media activities; contribute ideas for campaigns and content.
• Collect and organize feedback from parents and students for quality improvement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and operations reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination, sales, or operations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational ability.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools.
• Prior experience in the EdTech or tutoring industry is an advantage.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month
