Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct daily audits of tutor sessions by reviewing class recordings to ensure teaching quality and adherence to academic standards.
Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to tutors to support continuous improvement.
Review science content delivered in classes to ensure accuracy, clarity, and conceptual correctness.
Engage with tutors regularly to share feedback, address concerns, and support their performance and professional growth.
Maintain daily audit reports, tracking sheets, and documentation related to tutor performance.
Analyze audit data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities across tutor performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address academic quality requirements and program-related queries.
Support overall academic excellence initiatives and contribute to improving student learning outcomes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Masters degree in Science (mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience handling students up to Grade 12.
Prior experience in teacher training, academic auditing, quality management, or academic operations is highly preferred.
Strong subject knowledge in core science concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
Ability to give constructive feedback and guide tutors effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Forms) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Forms).
Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable handling reporting and documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage timelines efficiently.
