About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion:

  Engage with potential leads via calls, follow-ups, and convert them into paid enrollments.

• Academic Counseling & Demos:

  Understand students learning needs, deliver product demos, and guide parents on course benefits.

• Sales Pitching:

  Present course outcomes, benefits, and long-term value to drive conversions.

• Target Achievement:

  Consistently meet weekly and monthly sales and conversion goals.

• CRM Management:

  Maintain accurate records of leads, closures, and daily activities on CRM tools.

• Customer Relationship:

  Build strong relationships with parents and students to encourage long-term engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in any stream (MBA preferred, not mandatory).

• Experience:

  03 years in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or tele-counseling.

• Languages:

  Fluency in

  Hindi & English

  is mandatory.
• Strong communication, persuasive, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a

  target-driven environment
