Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore for the role of Academic Lead – Innovation & Entrepreneurship. The Academic Lead will be responsible for designing, managing, and delivering academic programs that foster innovation and entrepreneurship. Responsibilities include developing learning content and resources, mentoring participants, and conducting sessions to impart entrepreneurial skills. Additionally, the role entails collaborating with stakeholders across academia, industry, and government to drive engagement in innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in designing and delivering entrepreneurial and innovation-centered academic programs
• Proficiency in research, knowledge creation, and curriculum development for academic/industrial applications
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills combined with a passion for nurturing entrepreneurial growth
• Ability to effectively collaborate with academia, industries, and government bodies to build networks and partnerships
• Project management and strategic planning skills are highly desirable
• Proven experience in innovation ecosystems or corporate/industrial innovation is an added advantage
• Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Business, or related field
