Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate academic schedules, timetables, and course planning for B.Tech and M.Tech programs
  • Assist in curriculum implementation and monitoring academic progress
  • Liaise with faculty to ensure timely completion of syllabi and academic goals
  • Monitor student attendance, academic performance, and maintain records
  • Organize internal assessments, examinations, and result processing
  • Serve as the point of contact for academic queries from students and parents
  • Support accreditation, audits, and academic documentation
  • Facilitate academic counseling and mentoring sessions
  • Prepare and present academic reports to management as required


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in academic coordination or a similar academic role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and academic management systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of university regulations, examination processes, and academic frameworks
